We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on full priced items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns: Custom or personalised items (including engraved dog tags and personalised bowls) Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery Items returned outside the stated return timeframe.

Our policy only lasts 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty. If you are making an exchange, return shipping is free. For refunds, a $9.95 handling fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items however may be exchanged for other items or for a store credit.
