Shipping policy

Despatch times
We aim to despatch all express orders within 48 hours and standard orders within 14 days. We often beat this easily, but if there is ever a delay we will let you know. You can reach us with any questions at hello@pawprintproject.com.au.

PawPrint™ ships within Australia and internationally. Once your parcel leaves us, ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you gave. Parcels are left in a safe place where possible. If you need a signature on delivery, add a note to your order.
