Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days. If your order is urgent, please email us at orders@pawprintproject.com.au or leave us a note on your order.

PawPrint™ offers shipping for delivery within Australia and internationally via Australia Post.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they leave our premises. Ownership and risk of damage to the goods is passed onto the customer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

Shipments will be sent via regular post, in which Australia Post will leave the item in a safe place if possible. If a signature is required, please specify in the notes on your order.

Domestic Shipping 

Australia Wide:
Free Express Shipping for any order over $150.00
Regular Shipping (under $150.00) - $15.00
Express Shipping (under $150.00) - $20.00

International Shipping

Please note, there are currently severe delays with our international service due to COVID19 related impacts.

We ship anywhere in the world.

International Standard (up to 1kg) - $30.00
International Standard (over 1kg) - $50.00

International orders can take 6-15 working days depending on your location. Detailed tracking will be provided when items are dispatched.

Customs Charges on International Orders

PawPrint™ has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable.
